REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
(Consulting Services – Individual National Consultant)

The National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development Secretariat (NCDDS) has received grant from the government of Japan through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to implement the project on Strengthening Transparency and Accountability in Local Governance through Civic Engagement (STA project) for three (3) years starting from July 2022 to March 2025 contributing to the National Programme on the Sub-National Democratic Development Phase 2 (NP2).
To support the project implementation, NCDDS is seeking for two Individual National Consultants including 1) Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant (MEC), and 2) Senior Information Technology Consultant (ITC). The Consultants are allowed to participate in the competing process and will be selected in accordance with method of Individual Consultant Selection set forth in the NCDDS procurement procedure.
The interested candidates are kindly requested to provide their cover letter, updated curriculum vitae with recent photo, indicating their personal and technical skills, academic qualifications and experiences in similar assignments along with the names of three (3) referees with contact information (title, e-mail, and telephone).
