REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
For Community Development and Agriculture Facilitator (CDAF) – 12 Persons
(Ref: LASED/NCDDS/IC/37/17-48/17)
- The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received a Credit in the amount of US$ 25,060,000.00 from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development (LASED II) Project for Five (5) years starting from 2016 – 2021 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works and consulting services to be procured under this project.
- The LASED II Project is recruiting twelve (12) persons to fulfill the position of Community Development and Agriculture Facilitator (CDAF). The consultants shall undertake and provide the services as described in the Terms of Reference.
- The consultants are expected to conduct the assigned tasks over a period of three (3) years. The three (3) years period can be extended upon requirement of the project with satisfactorily annual performances and the approval of LASED II Management.
- LASED II Project now invites expressions of interest from qualified and experienced individual consultants to undertake the above mentioned services which are further detailed in the Terms of Reference for this assignment. The successful consultants will be selected in accordance with the provisions of Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers.
- In submitting their expressions of interest, consultants are kindly requested to indicate the following reference (LASED/NCDDS/IC/37/17-48/17). Interested consultants must provide their updated curriculum vitae with recent photo, indicating personal and technical skills, education qualifications, experience in similar assignments, and experience in Cambodia and/or other developing countries along with the names of at least three (3) referees with contact information (e-mail address, and telephone numbers). Expressions of Interest may be submitted electronically followed by the submission of a hard copy as well. If it is submitted in hard copy, consultants must also provide an electronic copy.
- Consultants may obtain copies of the detailed Terms of Reference (in English) for the assignment from the address below during office hours from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 hours, Monday through Friday, except public holidays. Candidates must follow the details ToR available from the NCDD Website: http://ncdd.gov.kh/citizens/jobprocurement.
- Expressions of interest must be submitted to the address below on or before 17 May 2018 (before 17:00 hours). Only short-listed candidates will be invited for interview and contract negotiation.
