Assignment Title: Baseline Survey for Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development Project II (LAED II)

The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development Project II (LASED II) for five (5) years starting from 2016–2021. To support the project implementation, particularly to monitor and evaluate the levels of success project objectives, the project will carry out baseline survey, and therefore it intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consulting Services.

The LASED II now invites invite eligible consulting firms “Consultants” to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants (Local Commercial Firms and NGOs) should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications, track records of relevant experience, suitable capacity, and availability of key permanent professional staff to perform the services.

The Consultantsare allowed to participate in the competing process and will be selected in accordance with the Selection based upon Consultant’s Qualifications (CQS) methodset forth in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grant] by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011 (revised July 2014).
