ADB- Asian Development Bank
ADB is committed to reducing poverty through inclusive economic growth, environmentally sustainable growth, and regional integration in partnership with governments, the private sector, nongovernmental organizations, development agencies, community-based organizations, and foundations.Fighting the poverty in Asia and Pacific,.

AusAID Australia’s strategy for development cooperation with Cambodia centres on three themes – strengthening the rule of law, increasing the productivity and incomes of the rural poor (particularly in the agriculture sector), and reducing the vulnerability of the poor to natural disasters.
CIDA- Canadian International Development Agency
The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is Canada’s lead agency for development assistance. It has a mandate to support sustainable development in developing countries in order to reducing poverty and to contribute to a more secure, equitable prosperous world.
DANIDA-Danish Development Assistance
The overall objective of DANIDA is poverty alleviation. An effective reduction of poverty is a precondition for a stable and sustainable global development. Assistance should help recipient countries in efforts to achieve social and economic progress on sustainable basis and for the benefit of the poorer sections of the population. The cooperation is based on an actove dialogue with authorities, institutions and the private sector in order to ensure that the assistance is based on local needs, priorities and ownership as well as commitment from government authorities.
DFID- Department for International Development
DFID is the part of the UK Government that manages Britain’s aid to poor countries and works to get rid of extreme poverty.We are headed by a Cabinet minister, one of the senior ministers in the Government. This reflects how important the Government sees reducing poverty around the world.
EC – European Commission
The European Commission in works on policy formulation at global and sectoral and it’s the biggnest provider of development aid in the world.
German-GIZ
The GIZ is an international cooperation enterprise for sustainable development with worldwide operations. GIZ promotes complex reforms and change processes, often working under difficult conditions. Its corporate objective is to improve people’s living conditions on a sustainable basis.
GRET
GRET is a professional solidarity and international cooperation association. GRET has been present in Cambodia since 1988. Its actions there, reducted in partnership with various local institutions and NGOs, notably focus on: rural development, drinking water, microfiance, micro-insurance.
JICA- Japan International Cooperation Agency
JICA is an aid implementing agency that provides technical cooperation and others of a field-oriented approach, human security, and enhanced effectiveness, efficiency, and speed.
PACT Cambodia
Pact is a networked global organization that builds the capacity of local leaders and organizations to meet pressing social needs in dozens of countries around the world.
Pact has been strengthening the capacity of the institutions run by and for Cambodians since 1991.
SIDA- The Swedish Agency for International Development Cooperation SIDA, is a government agency under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. SIDA’s goal is to contribute to making it possible for poor people to improve their living conditions.
IFAD- International Fund for Agriculture Development IFAD is implementing an Action Plan to increase its development effectiveness; efficiency and relevance in helping its member countries reduce rural poverty.
 The United States Agency for International Development
USAID has a long history of extending a helping hand to those people overseas struggling to make a better life, recover from a disaster or striving to live in a free and democratic country. It is this caring that stands as a hallmark of the United States around the world and shows the world our true character as a nation.
UNFPA- The United Nations Population Fund

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is an international development agency that delivers a world where every pregnancy is wanted, every childbirth is safe and every young person’s potential is fulfilled

The United Nations Children’s Fund
UNICEF is the United Nations Children’s Fund that focus on improving the survival and development of young children, on protecting children from HIV-AIDS, exploitation and abuse on promoting free, compulsory, quality education for all children, and on advocating for childrent’s rights.
UNCDF- United Nations Capital Development Fund
The UNCDF offers a unique combination of investment capital, capacity building and technical advisory services to promote microfinance and local development in the Least Developed Countries (LDCs).
UNDP-  United Nation Development Program
UNDP is a global development network agency for the United Nations. UNDP promote development by connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. UNDP is particularly concerned with encouraging global progress towords the Millennium Development Goals that were adopted by the United Nations.
World Bank
The World Banks work contributes to achievement of the Millennium Development Goals and concentrates on building the climate for investment, job and sustainable grow, so that economic with grow and by investing in and empowering poor people to participate in development.
