REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

- The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received a Credit in the amount of US$ 25,060,000.00 from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of The Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development Project II (LASED II) for Five (5) years starting from 2016 – 2021 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works and consulting services to be procured under this project.
- The LASED II Project now invites eligible Consulting Services (Firms/NGOs) “The Consultants” to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications, track records of relevant experiences, suitable capacity and availability of key permanent professional staff to perform the services.
- The Consultant are allowed to participate in the competing process and will be selected in accordance with the Quality-Based Selection (QBS) Method set forth in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection of Employment of Consultants [under IBRD] Loans and IDA Credits & Grant] by the World Bank Borrowers, January 2011 (revised July 2014).

- Expressions of Interest must be delivered both in electronic and hard copy with clearly indicate the assignment tittle and reference number to the address below before 5:00 p.m. on 31 May 2018 (local time).
