Assignment Title: Consulting Services for improvement of detail survey, detail technical design of small-scale irrigation scheme in the selected priority sites

- The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received Credit from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development Project II (LASED II) for five (5) years starting from 2016–2021. Part of development objectives of the project focus on agriculture in supporting livelihood of project beneficiaries/Target Land Recipients, and therefore the irrigation construction remains as priority.
- The LASED II now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultant”) to provide the Services which comprise (i) conduct survey and collect necessary information for technical design, and(ii) develop detailed technical design and drawings, technical specifications, BoQ and works program of the small-scale irrigation scheme in the selected priority sites.The potential sites for infrastructure works are in 5 targeted provinces such as 1)Kratie, 2)Kampong Thom, 3)Tbong Khmum, 4)Kampong Chhnang and 5)Kampong Speu.
- Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required track record of relevant and specific experiences, suitable capacity to perform the Services, and availability of key permanent staff.
- The Consultants are allowed to participate in the competing process and will be selected in accordance with the Selection based upon Consultant’s Qualifications (CQS) method set forth in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grant] by World Bank Borrowers, January 2011 (revised July 2014).
